CHRISTMAS PARTY - Our team of party organizers have created a plan for the party (which will be on Thursday afternoon) but have some needs that would love to have filled. Please view this signup to see if you can help out in anyway. Thanks so much!
HOMEWORK - There will also be NO reading and math minutes. However, I will be sending home OPTIONAL reading and math work for the break. Students who complete it will be awarded auction tickets for their work.
WORD WORK - We are continuing with our same list as last week (we only had one day of practice at school this week), and we will take the test on that list on Thursday this coming week.
MOVIE CELEBRATION - Next week Friday will be one of all things Christmas! We will still have our library time as usual, so send back the books in order to get new ones for the long break. But the rest of the day will be spent reflecting on Advent, gifting each other stockings full of kind words, working on some Christmas themed learning activities, and finally, enjoying a Christmas movie with our class. Students may bring a blanket/towel to sit on and one stuffed thing (pillow OR stuffed animal) to cuddle with during the movie. The item they bring must be able to fit in their backpack.
